Snoopy-ADOPTED 2/13/18 by one of our vols! the Dog needs a home

Snoopy is a terrific chihuahua/dachshund mix, about 11 lbs. 10-12 years old. Not only is he one of our favorites, but he is also our self-appointed greeter. He meets visitors at the front and welcomes them in. Despite his friendliness and happy smile, Snoopy has been overlooked for over a year. He would love it if you would come see him! 


Snoopy loves to hang with his people, whether it's on their lap or going out and about on walks or trips. He enjoys being petted and cuddled. As you can see from his pics, he's patient about being dressed up. He has always been very well behaved- we haven't noticed accidents in the house, and he never gets into mischief. He hasn't been a barker at all here. He's allowed to roam freely because he does so well with all the other dogs. He's been an extremely good boy when we've taken him to adoption events at other places.


Very good on a leash. He's good with cats and kids and is house trained. He does well when taken out in public. We've had his teeth cleaned.

 fully vaccinated before adoption; they have been wormed, bathed, socialized, walked daily and much loved; each adoptee leaves with a leash, collar, and all medical records.  




The beauty of coming to our Apple Valley sanctuary is that you can see all 90+ dogs!  

No more weekend mobiles—only special events. Maybe if there are enuff appointments, we could see you in 

El Monte or Orange County or nearby. Email your application and ask for more details!
