Hi there, I''m Sasha! I arrived here via the Norfolk Police in January as a stray. My microchip led me to my original breeder who was able to provide the shelter with additional information about my history. Despite being a 7 year old Shepherd, I still love a good romp in the yard with my favorite humans (my favorite humans are adults or children ages 10+)! My ideal home situation is with a Shepherd enthusiast who understands my breed and our need for stimulation, exercise and companionship. The staff here says I''m `sassy` (as if!) with other dogs, so it''s best if I am the only dog in your home. I am heartworm positive, so I''m on some medication to assist with my treatment. My $150 adoption fee covers my heartworm treatment through the Norfolk SPCA clinic. Please help me find peace in my golden years!
