Phoebe is so playful and affectionate giving you little pecking kisses on your face. Like Scarlet, Phoebe is a big flirt with the boys! She will make a loving addition to your home as a single kitty or with others. Phoebe is current on vaccines, spayed, micro-chipped and combo tested negative for FELV/FIV.
