Cher is one of the lucky puppy mill survivors.  After a lifetime of neglect, loud noises and sudden movements are still frightening to her, but being the brave girl she is, she is learning to conquer those fears.  She just loves other dogs of all sizes.  Cher is very quiet and easy going.  She likes to follow her humans to see what they are up to.  Cher is still shy sometimes but she can't help but get excited to see her people when they come home.  She is still learning about doing her business outside but she’ll get there with your patience and guidance.  She is a SUPER sweet girl who is looking for that special someone to teach her what love is all about!
