Adopt a Domestic Short Hair

Domestic Short Hair Cat

Maya the Cat needs a home

Maya is 4 years old, with flowing grey fur and green eyes. She is delicate and beautiful. Maya has been very indifferent with her humans, and for awhile now, why I am seeking a home with another cat. She thrives on their friendship and companionship, unless you are willing to provide the commitment of daily socialization. Otherwise, if you are accepting of Maya the way she is, as a companion to your resident cat, Maya will be more than content and accepting of this arrangement. Maya will, in time and with trust allow you to approach her slowly, pick her up, brush and pet her. She will be resistant at first, may extend a little hiss, but it's all out of shyness and uncertainty. Since Maya is comfortable and familiar in my home, she can relax in view, on the couch, dining room chair, or my bed. However, starting over, she will resort to hiding, why I am seeking an apartment/condominium in a quiet environment. To set Maya up for success, this environment will be more beneficial for socialization living in smaller quarters. If you feel Maya is a cat you can work with and/or provide a safe haven for without many expectations, then she could be just the right fit for you and your cat. If interested, you can make arrangements to visit Maya in her foster home. Please call Katie @ 905.567.3853.
