Adopt a German Shepherd Dog (medium coat)

German Shepherd Dog (medium coat) Dog

Snowball the Dog needs a home

Snowy is first and foremost gorgeous! She is a white German Shepherd who wasn't permitted to move to the apartment her owner was going to. She did show signs of some neglect: she had heartworms, had never been spayed, and was 20 pounds underweight. BUT NOW she is a real beauty!

Snowy is thought to be 5, maybe 6 years old.  She went through heartworm treatment like a trooper.  In her foster home, she's learned manners like sit, down and shake. She's up to normal weight now, 85 pounds.  She loves to go for walks and she
rides in the car like a queen.  She has happily lived with her canine brother in her foster home, but can be reactive to certain other dogs on walks.

Snowy is a beautiful white German Shepherd.  She will bond with her new owner quickly and gets along with all humans, big and small.   Snowy is very calm and has even gone to work with her foster lead!  She might do fine with another dog in the home if introductions are done very slowly, but definitely no cats. She likes kids fine but might accidentally knock over a very small child.  German Shepard or large breed experienced owner with a fenced in yard is required.
