Safe Harbor offers low-cost spay/neuter services and medical assistance for everyone, (with the exception of breeders) regardless of the owner's address or ability to pay. Our low-cost sterilization services are available to everyone. No questions asked. We are doing our part to alleviate the suffering of animals through sterilization, not slaughter.
