DURING THE MONTH OF FEBRUARY, THE ADOPTION FEE FOR ADULT DOGS AND CATS IS $14. THE ADOPTION FEE FOR PUPPIES AND KITTENS IS $50.
This little girl was picked up as a stray. We have named her Patty. She is hefty and strong, but not a large dog. We think she may have some Corgi in her background, but her muzzle is square, unlike the Corgi muzzle, so she is definitely a mix. Her coat is a dark reddish brown with some black highlights. We estimate her age to be about 4 years.
The adoption fee covers the spay/neuter surgery, a 1-year rabies shot, a da2ppv shot (canine distemper/parvo vaccine), heartworm test, deworming and microchip.
Carroll County Animal Shelter is located at 251 Automation Drive in Carrollton GA. The hours of operation are: Monday through Friday 8:00 till 5:00; Saturday 8:00 till 4:00.
