bay-state ruins dogs...They uses shock collors wich isn't bad, but they use it as a bully method over the dog, till he gets the dog to cower. No dogs are good enough unless they are his. they treat pople nice till they get there money then you mean nothing. very rude

I have worked at Baystate Kennel and seen the training that goes on and electric collars are not used in the training program to bully dogs. Doesn't sound like a customer to me it sounds more like someone out to be hurtful because they no longer work at the kennel.
