We are very unhappy with the service that we received at Critter Cuts. My long-haired dog was going in for a simple saving and the woman who greeted us was very unprofessional. We showed up on the specified day, at the specified time, and were asked to come back the next day instead. We were charged ten dollars more than the price that we were given, and my dog came back with numerous cuts which were actually bleeding. Poor pooch. We will NEVER go there again.

Loved this family owned kennel. Our pets are excited every single time we visit Critter Cuts. They leave tired so I know they have had plenty of exercise... Recommend this place for everyone.

We have taken our schnauzer to many different groomers and had many bad trims. The gal at Critter Cuts is so talented and our dog is so happy there that we now travel from Kalamazoo just for her grooming appointments. Thanks for the great care of our pet.

It is so nice that our little boston terrier gets so excited to see the sign when we drive up the road to Critter Cuts. He gets to barking and racing around the car just can't hold his excitement back to just in the door. Love the staff and would recommend this facility for the boarding and grooming to everyone.

I am the owner of this facility. Unfortunetly, I do know the Unsatisfied Customer review on this site has been stated with dishonesty. This is not how our customers are treated here at Critter Cuts, we provide the utmost care and treatment to all of our pets.
