Alison J Are you sure you got the right kennel? The kennel is cleaner than some hotels and the dogs are well cared for. As for the staff--the owner is really the only person that works there and she is far from rude. You might want to check your facts first because the kennel you are describing sounds like the first place I took my dogs and that is CLub Fido.

So pleased with this kennel!! The owner really knows how to handle dogs! My dog didn't act as if he was bad when I picked him up (he acted this way twice at another kennel). He was happy!!
