1 of the owners of this business was arrested for animal abuse after she was caught on video abusing a dog. I stopped taking my dog there when I learned of this. My dog is much happier at his new groomer, he runs right up into the place. I had trouble getting him in the door at St James Dog Grooming. I wonder if he was abused at St James Dog Grooming too.

Very disappointed in this business. Thought it would be nice with no cages. Well my Bichon was not clipped properly. He is all uneven. Worst of all he smelled worse then when I brought him in. I do not understand. I see there was past abuse reported. I can say my dog wasn't abused there. However I have never seen a more unprofessional clip in my life. Place seemed overly stressed. Maybe they bit off more than they could chew that day. We will not be returning.
