Australian Cattle Dogs are bred to herd sheep and other similar animals. Like any good herding dog, Leilah likes to nip at the heels of other dogs, cats, or anything else that looks to them like it should be gathered together and guarded. Though not an overly large breed, Leilah takes protecting her foster mom and pets very seriously. Ideally, Leilah will thrive on any property with a good-sized backyard that she can work, run, play, and jump as she is a high energy dog. Leilah gets along with some dogs so she would need a meet and greet with any other dogs. Leilah seems to get along with cats, when she''s not trying to nip them on the butt. Ideally, Leilah would make a great companion for someone living alone looking for a faithful companion!
