Adopt a Domestic Short Hair / Tuxedo (short coat)

Yul is a rambunctious, short-haired, black-and-white tuxedo cat with black spots that form a mustache on his white muzzle. Our vet estimates that Yul was born on 9-10-15. Yul is named after Yul Brynner who played the king in The King and I. Yul enjoys playing with any other kitten or cat who will let him. He is always looking for someone to wrestle with him. He's very food-oriented and he'll hunt high and low for any other cat's food he can reach. He's just as interested in people food. Yul is a little stinker who likes to attack our legs when it's feeding time. We think he does this because he doesn't want to go back in his cage, so he might stop doing this once he's adopted, but we cannot make a promise. Yul is just as cute as can be, but he is quite a handful! He likes to play games on smartphones like Best Fiends and Cat Alone, but prefers that he has someone's undivided attention when he's cuddling with them. Yul sprays every once and a while. This might go away once he's away from the other cats (he'd prefer a home in which he's the only cat or a home with cat who is really interested in playing with him), but we cannot guarantee it. He needs a large litter box. He likes to do his business in the homemade litter boxes (we take a big Rubbermaid-type storage container, remove the lid, and use the storage portion for the litter box), as he sometimes poops outside the smaller litter boxes. He has a ton of energy and does not like to settle down! Yul's a door-dasher, meaning that when it's nicer outside, he'll try to sneak out the door to roll in the grass and chase insects in the field next to our building. He can be a little you-know-what, but we still love him! He has quite the personality! Yul tested negative for FIV and feline leukemia, is neutered, and is up-to-date on vaccinations.
