CoCo the Dog needs a home
This beauty is Coco. She didn’t have the best life before landing in a shelter. She was abandoned – left tied to a dog box. The shelter vetted her and found she was heartworm positive. She has been through all her treatments and is ready to make a special family the greatest dog ever!
Coco is pretty low key. She loves a comfy spot to sleep – and can she sleep! Her foster mom keeps her in the office with her all day. Coco’s snoring can be heard over the sander that is sometimes running in the office. There’s been many times her foster mom had to shut the sander off just to figure out what the other noise was
She has a goofy personality and REALLY loves her foster dad and foster sister who is an 11-year-old girl. There have been other smaller kids around her and she doesn’t really seem to pay much attention to them. If they aren’t petting her or feeding her, Coco could care less about them
She tries to play but she seems to be figuring that out. It’s like she isn’t quite sure how to. When she is really feeling goofy she will chase her tail – it sort of sounds like a small stampede when she does. She is sweet and just loves to be loved on.
Unfortunately, Coco isn’t crazy about cats. She would do best in a home without the furry little things. The shelter said she didn’t seem to mind the other dogs around so with proper introductions she should do ok with a buddy.
Now for the best advise her foster mom can pass on to her future family – DO NOT and she repeatedly repeats DO NOT give Coco table scraps. She’s a sensitive girl and it upsets her belly. They have her on a grain free food that is good for digestive sensitivities.
