Duke the Dog needs a home
Hi, my name is Duke! In my previous life I lived outside in the cold but since coming to my foster home, I’ve learned how life for a dog should really be. I have my own bed, but I prefer sleeping with my foster momma in her big bed. I give the best night time cuddles! I have lots of toys and love playing with my fur-siblings! My momma says that I don’t understand my size, I’m not sure what she means....I fit just fine in her lap! I had my fist vet trip a few weeks ago when I had to get neutered. It wasn’t my idea, but I’m told it’s for the best!!! While I was there I got all my shots, found out I’m HW-, and weighed a whopping 54.7lbs. As much as I love my foster mom and siblings, I really would like to have all the attention for myself. It’s hard vying for love when there’s 4 of us. But if I had to chose, I wouldn’t mind having a fur-sister. Don’t tell anyone but I do like cuddling up with my littlest sister! I haven’t been around children but momma thinks because of my size and how I don’t understand, it would be better not to chance it. I’ve never had a accident in the house. I don’t mind my crate but I’d prefer not to have to go in there, so I try to give my momma a hard time about that in the mornings before she goes to work. I hope to find my forever family soon and if you think I would be a good fit for you, I’d love to meet you!
