Zeus is a 4 year-old neutered male weighing in at 84lbs. A big loveable marshmallow, he was rescued by one of our angel fosters who couldn't stand to see him mistreated any longer. He was chained outside, confined to a hole he dug of his own feces, untreated dermatitis, cheap food (when he had it) that aggravated his senstivie skin, limited water and absolutely no interaction with the rest of the world. Afraid of his own shadow, he feared coming indoors. His foster family has been working with him to rehabilitate him and acclimate him to how a lifelong companion should be treat - with tender loving care. His progress is evident every day. It is amazing to see the wonderful dog he is finally seeing for himself.
