Delilah the Cat needs a home

Delilah is a beautiful, but shy young adult blue and white cat. She loves her foster family, and enjoys being petted and talked to. She sometimes comes when she is called. She loves to play, and gets along well with the other cats and kittens in her foster home. She is fine around the rabbits and other small caged animals. She doesn't like to be confined and can be difficult to get into a crate or pet taxi. She has never been around children or dogs, and because she is so shy, we would prefer to see her go to a home without indoor dogs or very young children. Delilah does not like change, and will take a very long time to adjust to a new home. She was adopted once, but returned when she didn't adjust to the move. Whoever adopts her needs to be very patient and give her several months or more to get used to her new home and family.
