Penny is an energetic sweet and loving 15 month old puppy. She was found roaming the streets in downtown Nashville, when her foster mom saw her while walking her own two dogs she couldn't ignore the confused puppy. She was a quick learner as she learned basic commands in just one day. She is potty trained, crate trained, fully vetted and micro chipped.  

She is great with other dogs.  She does well with kids, however, because she’s still an excitable and bouncy puppy it would be best if children were a little older like minimum 8 yrs old.  

She is a total sweetheart and would do well in a home with other dogs to play with, and a yard to run around in. We would love to find her an active dog owner who can get some of her energy out with some fetch or walks, as well as someone who knows she is still young and will take some patience as she continues to learn dog manners. :)

Penny will be placed into an inside forever home only – with outside privileges, of course.  Adopter must own home.  Fence, 5ft minimum height required.    We require references, vet check and a home visit.   Penny’s adoption fee of $200 is used to help other abandoned animals like her.
