Donna Chiquita the Dog needs a home
Donna Chiquita is an awesome, chill little golden girl. She is so loving and is going to make someone out there an excellent companion for hanging out at home and going on walks!
Donna Chiquita was given to us by her elderly owner whom passed away and family couldn't take care of her. She's a bit on the chunky side, although Donna prefers it when we call her "curvy" but she has a New Year's resolution to lose a couple of pounds! She great girl for someone looking to have a companion to take to resturants, coffee shops, on walks, to the dog park, or on car rides! She enjoys playing with toys and she will chase after them if you want to join in by throwing them. She does love to take naps so she is great for someone whom has to work on the computer, read a book or watch a movie on the couch. She will snuggle up with you and cuddle.
She does better with older kids or adult home, so respectful kids are best. As the smaller ones make her nervous. Donna DOES love her walks, and will even jog with her short little legs on a brisk walk.
Donna is a little shy at first meeting, but blossoms into a super loving dog quickly. She is good with other dogs, cats, and is submissive with both. She is about 9 years old and weighs 16 lbs and is a Chihuahua/corgi (??) mix.
Adoption fee is $250 and includes DHPP & rabies vaccinations, heartworm testing, spay/neuter surgery, deworming, and microchip. All animals are examined by a veterinarian. Please fill out our application at
