Handsome - Silly - Playful Haku is a tiny bit shy just right at first when you meet him, but he quickly warms up as soon as he realizes there are pets and snuggles to be had. He will sit in your lap for a bit, but his favorite way to be petted is to roll around on the floor at your feet while you bend down to scratch him. Haku would be fine as an only kitty, as he is independent, but he doesn't mind the other cats in the cattery at all, so he would also be great in a home with another kitty. Haku is just a friendly, silly boy who will make a great addition to your home! Haku is FeLV+ (Feline Leukemia Virus), which causes a weakened immune system and requires special care. APA! provides some medical assistance after adoption. Cats with FeLV typically have a shortened lifespan. Haku is not contagious to people or dogs, but should live only with other FeLV+ cats.
