Bella needs to come with a warning label: this girl is not just a lap dog, she is a whole body dog.  She would prefer you love her, not watch TV, read a book or work on your laptop.




She loves her people! But she is respectful, too, so if you tell her she can't come on the bed, she will honor your request.  She will look sad and pitiful about it, but she will stay off.  Bella loves to play with dogs, humans or by herself.  She has a funny growl when she meets people, but it's her greeting, not a warning.  When you greet her back she will wiggle butt and belly crawl her way over to you for love! I have not introduced her to kids or cats yet, but she's pretty submissive and easily distracted, so I don't anticipate any issues -- especially with kids.




Bella immediately potties outside when she goes out, and has never had an accident.  I have not yet kenneled her, as she doesn't seem to need it, but will try and see how she does.




This sweetie is food motivated, so additional training will be easy (she already knows sit, come and shake). Not surprisingly, as a food-motivated dog, she's a bit chunky, so a exercise regimen is in order.  She loves being outside, and would appreciate a fenced yard in her forever home so she can run and play at will! She enjoys toys-- balls, chew bones, stuffed animals, anything. She adores car rides, and every time we go out she stops at the car so she can go somewhere.  When I tell her we aren't going, she does the doggy equivalent of a shrug and happily moves on.  Bella is one easy, happy go lucky dog, and will make a terrific forever pet for someone!
