Rascal the Dog needs a home

Rascal's mother gave birth to him and his siblings just 15 short minutes after we picked her up wandering the streets of Belhaven in Jackson, MS. That was in 2008, and two of those pups - Rascal and Greta - have still not been adopted and are eagerly awaiting homes. On Nov 21, Rascal will turn 4. It's sad when we know that a dog has an amazing personality and a wonderful demeanor, yet has only known life at the shelter. This dog deserves a home. He deserves to have a warm blanket and to watch football on Saturday. He deserves a daily walk and a tennis ball. But, most of all, he deserves to spend his 4th birthday with a family.
