Hi my name is Scrappy. I came to the adoption center back in August because I fell down and hurt my neck. I have been in a foster home recovering from my injury and am ready for my new home. Because of my injury, I am in need of a home where I can be the center of attention, so no children or animal siblings for me. I am very small at just 3 lbs at my last weigh in, so little dog experience is preferred but not required. My neck injury is stable now but will need regular vet visits to check on my progress.
