Phoebe the Dog needs a home
You can't help but laugh when you meet Phoebe.
I mean the hair alone will get you.
It is like she has permanent bed head!!
The hair is somewhere between poodle and Yorkie. It is Poodle curly, maybe white, maybe apricot. Then you thrown in some brown color from the Yorkie and it almost turns, well, purple.
And she is a dog whose expression never changes, it seems. But, her foster mom promises, she is very happy.
This is her happy face! It also happens to resemble "resting b**** face" But, her ears give her away. When they are out like the flying nun, she is paying attention and interested.
This adorable girl, who has made it through heartworm treatment and is looking for a Forever Home. Umm, the shaved patches on her back don't help that hair do!
She was depressed when we rescued her. She had been surrendered to a small shelter and we believe her babies were taken from her just prior to surrender. Who knows how many litters she had to have before being dumped like garbage. No longer useful to her owner.
She is so deserving of a fabulous home where she can play with another canine buddy. Enjoy her chewies and lounge as her humans work or watch television.
