Pearl – Pearl is a gentle soul with chocolate brown eyes who just wants to be loved. She is very laid back and attentive to her human caretakers. She looks at you with those gorgeous eyes as tho she’s always patiently waiting for someone to pat her on the head, or talk to her or settle down for nice belly rub. She is definitely a snuggler. She also gets along well with other dogs and is excited to play with people or doggy friends. Pearl was found as a stray and has quickly stolen the hearts of everyone at DCHS! If you’re looking for a sweet, loyal companion to greet you happily after a long day, or take you for a scenic walk, or just hunker down to watch tv in the evening, this little girl is the one. The adoption fee for dogs is $100.00 and cats is $20.00. Every animal adopted from the Dubois County Humane Society has been heartworm tested (dogs), received age appropriate vaccinations, dewormed, microchipped, and heartwormed (dogs) and flea treated. All animals have been spayed/neutered.
