FOXXY (POODLE) the Dog needs a home
MEET FOXXY
This baby girl was rescued from a high-kill shelter by a Good Sam... and has been placed in a foster home in Fort Lauderdale. We believe her to be have been a "breeding mama dog" who is a feisty, active 8-9 year old.
We were told she had been spayed - but she went into heat a month ago -- so we arranged to have her spayed this week. She has been brought up to date on vaccines and micro-chipped and has been given a clean bill of health from our Vet. And she was just groomed.
Foster mom says she is real sweet - and loves to cuddle. But she can be a little bossy, so we are thinking she might be happiest in a home where she is the only dog. Not sure yet, maybe it depends on the other dog in the house.

NOTE: Adoption/rehoming fees are applied towards the vet bill: exam, blood tests, vaccinations, fecal, worming, spay/neuter, dental if necessary, and a microchip. There is rarely anything left over, but if that happens, the monies get applied to the next or previous pet - who may have had to have an x-ray, be groomed or have a dental.
