Adopt a Carolina Dog / Shepherd

Carolina Dog / Shepherd Dog

Geo the Dog needs a home

All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.

Geo is a happy dog, full of life and fun. He lives and loves for play. Balls, sticks, toys, or even just the fresh air in his face and the space to prance are what brings him joy. Even better, he loves people. All people. If you will play with him, he is in heaven. He is good with children and would be ideal to put in the backyard with the kids to keep them occupied for hours. Probably not toddlers, as he is exhuberant in his play and might knock an unsteady child down. He would feel terrible about it, as he loves children so much, but we are going to ask that the children in his family be at least 5 and older. He plays well with other dogs, too, not so much cats. He is a smaller, lighter dog. Just the right size for any home.  He has lots of personality and is outgoing and oh so friendly. He was born to be a best friend and family dog.
