Kaia the Dog needs a home

Kaia was found bolting across Highway 27 almost being hit by a semi 14 miles from civilization in the middle of the Everglades. A wonderful family saw her run across the highway, turned around and were able to get her in their car. She was starving and quite emaciated). As it turned out Kaia had a microchip that was registered. We repeatedly tried to contact the person on the chip as well as the emergency contact to no avail. The microchip company did the same. They never received a response either. Kaia is 4 years old and is a wonderful girl. She is thrilled to be fed on a regular schedule and loves to be loved. Kaia is hopeful she will find her perfect family, where she will be loved and cared for the way she so deserves. Kaia’s adoption fee is $350.
