Hello! I'm Kringle on this site but my mom calls me Beatrice. I know it's a little confusing but I am beginning to learn my name! I was surrendered to Ruff Start with A LOT of other doggies that I was living with. Due to not coming from an ideal past, I'm a pretty timid girl until I get to know you but once I open up and trust, I am downright sweet and adorable. When you me, I get these sweet doe eyes that could melt anyone's heart! Since I have lived with dogs my whole life, I really need another doggie companion in my forever home. Doggie friends really help me come out of my shell and show me that people can be trusted and loving! My past living conditions have also led me to not being potty trained so I will need patience and training in that area, please! My foster mom puts down potty pads right now and I've been doing great with them. It is just way too dang cold to convince me that is where I am supposed to go right now so be patient with me! I am VERY food motivated and that definitely helps me trust new people. I had a dental done and lost all of my teeth though so I need canned food and soft treats, please! I haven't been around kids but I think they would be too scary for me unless they were older, calm and quiet. I require a bit of patience and moving at a slow pace but once I open up, I am totally worth It! I like pets, will fall asleep in your arms and will sleep on the couch with you. Some of my pictures in my profile show my hair before I was groomed. Now I am groomed and looking even more fabulous! Please be prepared to bring me to the groomer so my hair doesn't get so long that I can't see again! I am a special, sweet, loving girl! Give me a chance and you won't regret it!

All Ruff Start dogs and cats are spayed/neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccines, microchipped, dewormed, and on monthly flea/tick and heartworm prevention (dogs) as well as heartworm tested (dogs).

Ruff Start Rescue is a foster based rescue. Animals are located in homes throughout Minnesota. We do not have a facility where animals are kept.
