CHASITY IS A 2.5 YEAR OLD GERMAN SHEPARD MIX .... SHE WAS BROUGHT IN TO A VET CLINIC TO BE PUT DOWN BY A FAMILY BECAUSE SHE WAS TO HYPER & KEPT DIGGING OUT. SHE HAS HAS NO PROBLEM WITH DIGGING AT ALL IN HER CURRENT FOSTER HOME & HAS FREE RANGE OF THE YARD. SHE IS A BEAUTIFUL BRINDLE COLOR. SHE IS VERY ACTIVE & PLAYFUL - SHE LOVES TOYS & LOVES TO FETCH. HER FAVORITE IS CAR RIDES - THEY MAKE HER SUPER HAPPY. SHE GETS ALONG WITH ALL OTHER DOGS - HAS NOT BEEN AROUND CATS TO OUR KNOWLEDGE. SHE IS CRATE TRAINED & HOUSE TRAINED BUT REALLY ENJOYS OUTSIDE DURING THE DAYS & CRATE AT NIGHT.. She is up to date on all vaccinations. She is spayed and microchipped. She is heart worm negative and is on heartworm prevention and flea/tick prevention. Her adoption fee is $250. Then you can either save it to your computer or print it. If you save it to your computer and fill it out on the computer you can email it back in.
