Hercules the Dog needs a home
Hercules is my name; belly rubs are my game. I'm a handsome, very active, sweet, medium-size guy who is looking for my forever family. I love to play with other dogs and to sit in your lap, give kisses and turn over for my belly to be rubbed. I keep life interesting as I can be unpredictable. One thing we can predict is that while I am not good with new people, once I know you I'm a big mush. When someone new walks into my space, I can react by barking, pulling on my leash and sometimes even growling and threatening. My foster mom adores me and knows that in the right home I would be the best dog, ever. Mom says I need a home where there is very little foot traffic. I'm not fond of new people just walking into my home or my space. Mom sends me to another room until the new people are sitting down and ready to be introduced. Mom and I are working on my house training; I'm starting to get the idea. I do get along really well with other dogs and would love to be kept very active and engaged. A fenced yard would be a plus. I'll probably do better in a home with no cats; I would chase them and my people are not sure what I would do if I caught up with them.
