Mickey is a male red Chiweenie (Dachshund/Chihuahua mix). He has a long dachshund body with a curled tail, smaller ears, and a little extra leg. Mickey is a looker with beautiful golden eyes. He is 2-3 years old and he weighs 14 pounds. Mickey is fully vetted including neutered, vaccinated with rabies, occult heartworm tested negative and receiving monthly heartworm prevention. He is ready for adoption. Mickey and his baby-momma came into rescue after being unclaimed from Hurricane Harvey. Mom had her puppies and they are in another Rescue's care. Mickey has been neutered and is ready for an new chapter of life. He is crate and potty trained. He doesn't love the crate but he does fine in one when needed. Mickey loves to play and run in the fenced yard. He has a high-step prance. Mickey is working on leash walking. Mickey is very loving and likes a lap. He would be suitable to any home life.
