Moon Unit the Cat needs a home
Sweet, Playful, Spunky One look at Moon Unit's adorable mustache and you know he has spunk! He has a kitten's level of energy so he loves to play with toys, wrestle his siblings, and explore his surroundings. He loves to play, but he also loves to curl up for a good nap and relax. Moon Unit seems to love people, he even greets you with a friendly meow when you walk in the door! Moon Unit hasn't been introduced to other cats outside of his litter or dogs yet since he hasn't been in his foster home for too long, but he's been excellent with the children in his foster home! He's a very friendly and laid back guy, so with the proper introduction he would be the perfect addition to just about any home. Moon Unit has tested positive for Feline Leukemia (FeLV). It is possible for kittens six months and younger to shed this virus completely and test negative, so Moon Unit will be re-tested for FeLV at his six month birthday, at which time a definitive diagnosis can be assured. Until then, Moon Unit should live with no other cats or kittens to ensure the virus is not passed. Moon Unit is available for adoption now to adopters who can accommodate a feline leukemia positive, or negative, cat as he is not yet of age to have a definitive test.
