Hi, I'm Scarlett a Chow / Australian Cattle Dog X rescued from an LA Shelter. I'm new to the C.A.R.L. program so not much is known about me yet. I know I'll get lots of love and great care from the staff and volunteers, but what I really want is a family and home to call my own. Please stop by and meet me.
