RESCUING REY
This girl was found on the side of the road after being hit by a car at the Bibb-Jones County line on March 9th. No one claimed her and the shelter is no place for a dog with her injuries. Her lower rear leg was broken in several places and was surgically repaired by our vet. She has healed completely and is now in search of a forever family of her own.
ABOUT REY
Rey, named after a character in Star Wars, AKA Mush, is a big floppy, goofy girl. What she would consider a good day would consist of eating a large breakfast, playing with her husky boyfriend, going for a walk, carrying around her stuffed ducky, a large dinner, and a little couch potato snuggle time.
Rey is about a year old and likes other dogs. While she is on the larger side, about 70lbs, we have yet to find an actual muscle on her. Best guess, she is probably made mostly out of marshmallow fluff. Her eyes are the biggest eyes you have ever seen on a dog so if you adopt her, be prepared to want to give her whatever she wants. If you are looking for a sweet, low key, easy going girl, Rey should be at the top of your list!

Our adoption fee is $250. All dogs are current on vaccinations, spayed or neutered, micro-chipped, on heartworm prevention, and are fed top of the line grain-free food.
