Rita the Cat needs a home
Look at gorgeous Rita! She is so sweet and loving we can't even tell you. And can you believe she was in the shelter for over 6 months in a back room declared "fractious"?! We can't imagine it. Her first day in her foster home, she was scared and shy, but soon started purring! Within 24 hours she was sleeping on their bed. Never aggressive at all - she was probably just terrified. She put on a lot of weight in the shelter from siting in a cage so long eating dry food, so we have her on a healthy eating plan so she can slowly get to a healthy weight. In the meantime, she's just a doll! Our fosters would like her to find her forever home so they can help us save another life by fostering them. Rita was born in 2011.
