Charles the Cat needs a home

Charles needs a special person. He came in from a situation where there was absolutely no socializing done. He was not handled at all in his formative weeks and so he is not very social. He has come a long way and part of his fear may be that he is in a place with so many other cats, but Charles, so far, will need a person who will work with him and give him the time he needs to learn to trust people. We are working with him but he would get more attention in a home so we are hoping someone will come along who with understand him and help him more. Charles is neutered, up to date on vaccines, is negative for FIV and FeLV and is microchipped. Are you the special person Charles needs?
