Elijah the Cat needs a home
Meet Elijah... this darling miniature house panther was found living at a feral cat colony when he was just a baby. One of our dear TNR friends managed to catch him and realized right away that he was too sweet and young to be returned to life on the streets, so she contacted me because she knows I am a sucker (especially for black kitties). It took a week or so for Elijah to warm up to his new home, but suffice to say that he LOVES being an inside pet now! He is such a happy-go-lucky little boy with personality galore! He absolutely adores attention and is usually the first one to claim my lap as his own. He even jumps into my arms, sometimes when I'm not paying attention, when he wants cuddles. His purr machine runs non-stop too... I guess he knows the good life when he sees it. Elijah's most favorite thing in the world, besides cuddling, is canned food. Break open a can and he's your best friend! He gets along very well with other kitties once properly introduced and can usually be found snuggled up to one of his foster brothers. He would probably do fine with a cat-friendly dog and respectful kids who aren't too energetic. Elijah is neutered, microchipped and current on vaccinations - DOB 6/15/17 (tag # 9932JB). If you are looking for a cuddly, goofy and lovable kitty to warm your lap and your heart, then look no further because Elijah is your guy!
