Vinnie the Bird needs a home

Vinnie is an adult Homer Pigeon who was rescued from his owner who could no longer take care of him. Although he lived in the home, he is still shy and not well socialized, but could possibly warm up with love and patience. He would do well in an outdoor aviary situation with a gentle flock. Vinny has a stiff leg that we think was, at one time, broken, and has now fused together so that it cannot bend. This puts pressure on his other foot, causing bumblefoot that can require attention from time to time.
