Leroy the Dog needs a home
Pet's Bio:
Leroy is a spunky, playful guy whose philosophy is that "all work and no play makes Leroy a dull boy!" He is active, playful, and because he's a hound, he is always putting that nose of his to the ground! Leroy loves to romp around the yard, play with toys, and wrestle with his foster siblings. He has such a fun-loving personality that he keeps his foster mom quite entertained! Leroy hasn't quite turned into that "lazy hound dawg" that we usually hear about, but after he plays hard, he does sleep hard too!!
Leroy absolutely LOVES other dogs and hasn't met a dog yet that he didn't befriend. He is looking for a home with another dog for a play buddy.
Leroy is a shy dog due to some early neglect he received but he has come a LONG way from the dog he once was. He absolutely LOVES his foster home and you'd never know he is a shy-guy there. We feel sure he would be the same once he adjusts to a new home/family. He does seem to have more fear of men and for this reason we would like to place him in an all female home or perhaps with a woman & the right man who could understand his needs. .
