Chad the Cat needs a home

Chad is calm and loving with people. He enjoys attention, but isn't demanding. He's confident, outgoing, and curious. He loves to sit in the outdoor cattery to watch birds and wildlife. He likes to explore and go for stroller rides. He tries to play with other cats, but they don't always want to play with him. Chad was born in 2013 and was found as a stray in Colorado. He tests positive for Feline Leukemia (FeLV), so he needs to be an only cat or live with others who are FeLV positive. He could also live with dogs, as he doesn't mind them a bit. He is very cuddly when he goes on sleepovers, and he's looking for a permanent sleepover.
