Clara Bell is a great little lap dog. She is a one year old female black and tan Chihuahua. She loves the adults in her foster home. She loves to sit by her foster mom's side and cuddle under the blankets. She likes her dog bed up on a chair so she can keep an eye on everyone. She is grouchy with the dogs and cats in her foster home, but seems to be settling down after getting used to her new home. She would much rather have a harness and leash so she can strut her stuff with a long necklace on. She is spayed, microchipped, up to date on her shots and has a $150 adoption donation.
