Frodo won't seek out your attention, but once you start petting him, he turns into a very loving cat and can't seem to get enough. Born in 2010, he came from California when his person passed away. He's used to living with many other cats and likes them all. He is calm and laid back. He occasionally has flare ups of an inflamed and sore mouth which require treatment. Frodo is a sweet boy who would love to have a home again.
