Adopt a Domestic Short Hair / Mixed (short coat)

Grey, the grey & white one, is shy at first, but quickly warms up to people, especially if they don't approach him too abruptly. He also LOVES his belly rubbed.  You will constantly find him sleeping on his back, just waiting for someone to come up and love on him. He loves children, especially my son with Autism, although Noah is sometimes rambunctious with him. I can't explain why this is, it's just as if he notices something different, or innocent in Noah, and is drawn to him. However, he has never been around dogs.

Jasper, the orange one, is our very shy boy. He can be one of the sweetest cats you've ever met, but it has to be on his terms. No matter how much he trusts you, he has to be the one to approach you when he is ready to be loved on. He, too, has never been around dogs, but he loves other cats. We have an older cat, and they are the best of friends. It's almost as if he sees him as a father figure.

They are brothers who have never spent a day apart in their lives. They are constantly together playing, sleeping, grooming or loving on each other, so I would love to keep them together. I think they're at their best when they are together, when they are surrounded by a comforting face, especially because their living arrangements are potentially about to change drastically.

They have both been neutered and vaccinated. They are both litter box trained and have never sprayed or anything like that, even though the three of them share the same (very large) litter box.

They are beautiful cats, both inside and out. We have had him since they were five weeks old, and would have loved to spent the rest of their lives with them. However, sometimes life just doesn't work out as we want or expect. We will miss them forever. Their next owner will be lucky to have them.
