Adopt a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel (medium coat)

Cavalier King Charles Spaniel (medium coat) Dog

Honey the Dog needs a home

HONEY
here and yes, I  truly am that sweet!   My foster mom says I’m perfect!  I am a really good girl. I am very quiet, I’m loving and snuggly.

Prior to coming into rescue, I spent my first 7+ years as a breeder dog.  When rescue scooped me up I needed to have surgery right away to remove a mammary mass.  It was cancer but they got it all and just to be extra sure cancer is in my rear view mirror, I’ve completed chemo therapy.  My doctor says that my likelihood of recurrence is about 5%.  I like those odds.  I need drops 2 times per day for dry eyes, I take a pill for my thyroid and another pill for my heart.  I will need to see eye and heart specialists each about twice per year.

I love little tummy rubs when I wake up, I enjoy being able to sleep on the big bed but if I get hot I need to be able to get down and sleep on the floor.  I snore (which my foster mom says is ‘cavalier music’).

I am a little lady and don’t like to potty on a leash so I do need a fenced yard. I enjoy having other dogs my size to pal around and nap with but I also would be fine if it was just me and my person or family.

If you are interested in giving me the pampered retirement I deserve, then please apply to adopt and ask about me!

?I'm being fostered in Boca Raton and my adoption fee is $350.
