Razor D3802 the Dog needs a home
Hi my name is Razor. I am a 55 pound, male Staffordshire Bull Terrier mix born around November 2015. I came from a home in an Arkansas town that did not allow Pit Bulls; therefore, I was confiscated by police. I was told I was traveling up to Minnesota and couldn’t wait to see what it all has to offer. (I guess I'll check that off my doggie bucket list.) I already know 2 basic commands: sit and look handsome (My charm and good looks can get you far in my Southern Doggie Etiquette Book). My foster mom is teaching me heel and stay - which is challenging for her because she says, "I’m so excited I can pull a freight train". A gentle leader helps me, but someone who can help me learn some leash manners would be even better. I am good with other playful large dogs who are happy to run and play with me. I am not a good match for cats and small dogs. What can I say?! I'm a Terrier! Don’t let my medium size fool you. I am very strong and may be too much for some small kids, so it’s best I’m in a home with kids over 8 years old. I also may think I'm a bit of a nap dog and constantly want to be touching and snuggling with my humans. I’m house broken and kennel trained with just a tiny bit of barking in the kennel when I first go in. Because of this, it's probably best that I live in a home with no shared walls. I am eager to learn how to become the perfect doggie gentlemen. All I need is someone who is patient, loving and can teach me; in return, I'll be your best friend for life.
