Pumpkin Spice Tea the Cat needs a home

Pumpkin Spice Tea (PST! for short) is a conundrum of a cat because he is very shy but loves attention.  Original a feral cat turned in as an underweight kitten he was scared of everything and everyone.  Through lots of care and pampering he has learned to trust people a little bit and has gained an addiction to Temptations cat treats.  He will usually shy from hands that reach from him but once petting starts he enjoys it and may even give out a loud purr of appreciation. If over stimulated he may sometimes nip at the hand that is petting him to indicate he has had enough of what ever was just being done.  He does not try to hurt nor does he bite down, he just tries to tell you to stop it. An example is when you scratch him on the back at the base of his tail he will become excited and affectionate very quickly, but if you do it too much he gets over stimulated and will snap at your fingers until you stop.
