Adopt a Miniature Pinscher / Mixed (medium coat)
Ollie the Dog needs a home
Meet Ollie! Ollie is a one-year old, male, Miniature pinscher. He weighs about 8 pounds. Ollie is blind. We think he has been blind a long time, because he gets around really well. He happily plays with the dog in his foster home. Ollie is a mild-mannered, sweet-natured boy. What Ollie loves, loves, loves is cuddling. Ollie gets along well with everyone he has met – men, women and dogs. It’s unknown how he would do with children and cats. He can be fearful with new or loud sounds and new people. He will growl sometimes when a new person enters the house. But, after a few sniffs, he is fine. He is reliably potty-trained, walks well on a leash, and rides well in the car. Ollie is smart and food motivated, so he should be easy to train. He does not like being in a crate but he is well-behaved in the house. Ollie was found as a stray, and rescued from the public shelter by Yolo SPCA. Ollie is doing well in his foster home, but this wonderful boy is looking for love in a forever home.
