Kale is a shepherd mix who weighs approximately 45 pounds.  He will be 5 years old this spring. He is energetic and a great outdoor companion for hiking, jogging, etc.  When you bring him inside he wants nothing more than to cuddle up with a nice pillow.  He cannot be in a home with cats or other small animals, because he has a very strong prey drive.  He does fine with chickens though!   Kale currently lives in a home with another dog his size; however, he is very dominant and can be food aggressive.  For this reason we would like him to find a home where he is the only animal.  He is tolerant of small children, but much prefers older ones - he loves to run and jump and play ball!  He is neutered, up-to-date on all of his shots and has no medical conditions.  Kale will come with his crate, dog bed, leash and food container.  Please contact me today at [email protected] to learn more about Kale!
